We listed the house on May 28, 2019. Mallory went right to work and we had an offer within the week. We rejected due to low price. The house was shown 3 or 4 other times. We had a counter offer from the first buyer which was accepted. We closed on July 12. Mallory helped to deal with an heir that was difficult. Mallory was sensitive to his concerns and helped talk him through the process and in getting the repairs done from the home inspection and FHA process. I would definitely recommend Mallory. She is dedicated to the process and a very hard worker.
